Dr. Shrikrishna G Phadke founded Sonark pharma in 1988, a 3rd generation Ayurvedic practitioner, he was highly respected for his contribution to Ayurvedic drug development and teaching principles to modern doctors in the west for last 34 years. He was awarded a lifetime achievement award in the form of Ayurveda fellowship by university of Delhi in 2014.

He brings his technical expertise and passion for plants to the product development team. He has fine-tuned and developed extraction and concentration techniques used in product development and making effective products.

He is the head of operations and production for Sonark pharma. His technical background in design, construction and planning is one of the main reasons for efficient and quick production, leading to lower lead-times.

Being an Ayurvedic physician and our head formulator, she has been practicing Ayurveda at her clinic in Satara for the past 12 years. As a student of Dr. Phadke, she has studied Ayurvedic theory and formulations under his tutelage for the past 10 years and has training in creating modern protocols for patient health management. She is also a regular writer for lokmat, Loksatta, Dainik jagran and HT health shots.
